Senior Scrum Master – Digital Transformation & Scaled Agile

Our client, a prominent organization in the legal and administrative sector, is seeking a professional to drive delivery flow and agile discipline. This role focuses on maturing existing squads and ensuring predictable delivery within a regulated, mission-critical environment involving numerous domain services.

• Lead sprint ceremonies and remove impediments to protect team focus.
• Coach squads on Agile methodologies and sustain existing team structures.
• Monitor velocity, flow, and risks while upholding quality standards.
• Structure initiatives, epics, and releases within project management tools.
• Coordinate dependencies and represent squads in Scrum-of-Scrums sessions.

• 8+ years of experience as a Scrum Master within complex, multi-team environments.
• 5+ years of experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies in mission-critical settings.
• Extensive experience with Jira structuring, including initiatives, features, releases, and workflows.
• Proven experience with team leadership and coaching other Scrum Masters.
• Strong command of Scrum-of-Scrums or similar scaling practices.
• Deep understanding of delivery predictability, flow monitoring, and Definition of Done.
• Proactive and solution-oriented with strong stakeholder alignment skills.
• You are fluent in English with native or bilingual proficiency in Dutch or French.

Nice to Haves

• Possession of Agile certifications such as PSM or CSM.
• Experience with the SAFe framework.
• Knowledge of Jira Advanced Roadmaps or Plans.
• Experience with AI-assisted delivery workflows.
