Server Administrator – Windows & Linux

Our client, a prominent organization in the pharmaceutical industry, is looking for a dedicated professional to manage a secure and compliant server infrastructure. The role combines technical server management with a strong focus on regulatory compliance within a quality-controlled environment.

• Manage and maintain Windows and Linux servers within virtualized environments.
• Execute system updates and patches through formal change control processes.
• Perform backup, restore, monitoring, and troubleshooting of the server infrastructure.
• Support infrastructure qualification processes, including IQ/OQ, and prepare necessary documentation.
• Ensure data integrity by managing access controls and monitoring audit trails.
• Participate in deviations, CAPA processes, and infrastructure audits.
• Operate in accordance with SOPs and maintain accurate technical documentation.

• 3+ years experience in server or system administration.
• Advanced knowledge of Windows Server and Linux.
• Hands-on experience with virtualization platforms such as VMware or Hyper-V.
• Professional experience working within a GxP environment.
• You are accurate, structured, and comfortable following strict procedures.
• You are fluent in Dutch and English.

Nice to Haves

• Knowledge of EU GMP Annex 11, 21 CFR Part 11, or GAMP 5.
• Bachelor's degree in IT or a related field.
