Construction Manager

Join a dynamic team as an experienced HVAC & Cleanroom Engineer eager to contribute to the enhancement of pharmaceutical manufacturing facilities with an emphasis on classified cleanroom environments and state-of-the-art HVAC systems.

As an ideal candidate, you have a proven track record in HVAC systems within pharmaceutical cleanroom environments and thrive in challenging settings. You are detail-oriented and passionate about ensuring compliance with stringent regulations.

• You review and validate detailed design documentation, drawings, and technical submittals related to HVAC systems serving classified cleanrooms and support areas.
• You identify design gaps, system conflicts, and operational risks in brownfield environments.
• You monitor daily on-site HVAC and cleanroom-related activities with a hands-on approach.
• You supervise installation and modification works, including ductwork installation and HVAC system upgrades.
• You ensure compliance with EU GMP (Annex 1), ISO 14644, and hygienic design principles during execution.
• You coordinate closely with HVAC contractors, cleanroom specialists, and CQV teams to verify the correct implementation of airflow patterns and environmental controls.
• You support pre-commissioning and commissioning efforts, ensuring closure of punch items prior to qualification.

• You have a strong experience in HVAC systems within pharmaceutical cleanroom environments.
• You possess solid knowledge in EU GMP (Annex 1) and ISO 14644.
• You demonstrate strong on-site coordination and contractor supervision skills.
• You are a proactive, hands-on problem solver.
• You have experience supporting commissioning and qualification phases.
• You are proficient in English.
