Our client is a global leader in the pharmaceutical industry seeking to enhance its digital transformation within the finance sector. The role involves driving technology strategies by managing complex projects and conducting detailed business analysis to ensure efficient operations. This position focuses on bridging the gap between digital technology and corporate finance through structured project delivery and AI use case development.
Responsabilités
- Lead end-to-end project coordination including planning, risk management, budget tracking, and reporting for digital initiatives.
- Capture and structure business requirements from various domains and translate them into functional and technical specifications.
- Facilitate workshops to identify and refine AI use cases while defining problem statements and business value.
- Document comprehensive use cases including scope, stakeholders, data requirements, and feasibility assessments.
- Manage the structured delivery of programs involving data migration, integration setups, and automation.
- Support prioritization and roadmap definition while investigating incidents within management systems.
Exigences
- You possess a Master's degree.
- You have 5+ years of experience in IT project management with expertise in Agile methodology, RAID management, and project scheduling.
- You bring 3+ years of experience in business analysis, specifically in **requirements gathering** and functional documentation.
- You possess experience in financial project governance, including budget management, forecasting, and cost management.
- You have professional experience with integration management and the Microsoft Suite.
- You bring strong analytical thinking, assertiveness, and a solution-oriented mindset to stakeholder management.
- You are fluent in English with a level of C1-C2.
Nice to Haves
- Prior experience within the pharmaceutical sector.
- Knowledge of Finance or Procurement business processes.
