Senior Frontend Developer – Insurance & Micro Frontends

Our client, a leading organization in the insurance sector, is seeking a technical visionary to drive the evolution of their digital broker portal. This role focuses on establishing robust architectural standards for micro frontends while providing mentorship to empower development teams toward delivery excellence.

• Establish and maintain Module Federation and shell architecture standards for React-based applications.
• Collaborate with designers and product managers to build responsive web applications using internal design systems.
• Bridge the gap between high-level solution concepts and hands-on technical implementation within the Azure stack.
• Implement quality gates and development best practices to increase release and deployment maturity.
• Manage infrastructure as code using Terraform to streamline cloud deployment processes.
• Execute unit testing and end-to-end testing with Cypress to ensure high standards of software quality.
• Coach and provide technical guidance to junior developers to foster a culture of continuous growth.

• You have 8+ years of experience in frontend development focusing on JavaScript and React.
• You possess 5+ years of relevant experience with micro frontends and Web Components.
• You bring 5+ years of proven experience working with design systems.
• You have hands-on experience developing and deploying applications within the Azure Stack.
• You possess experience with infrastructure management using Terraform.
• You're proficient in Cypress for end-to-end testing and global unit testing methodologies.
• You have knowledge of security best practices, specifically OWASP.
• You're a proactive, analytically strong team player with a focus on mentorship and problem-solving.
• You are fluent in English.

Nice to Haves

• Knowledge of TypeScript.
• Possession of Azure Fundamentals (AZ-900) or Azure Developer Associate (AZ-204) certifications.
• Experience with Agile methodologies.
• Willingness to obtain Fabric Data Engineer Associate (DP-700) or Power BI Data Analyst (PL-300) certifications.

• Work regime: Full-time
• Working model: Hybrid (minimum 2 days onsite)
