Quality Solutions Analyst – Selenium & Cypress

Our client, a leading organization in the railway infrastructure sector, is looking for a Quality Solutions Analyst to maintain the reliability of mission-critical planning and traffic management applications. This role involves operating within a Large-Scale Scrum (LeSS) environment to drive software quality through automation and continuous integration for 24/7 operations.

• Analyze functional and technical requirements to define robust test strategies.
• Develop and maintain automated test scripts using Selenium or Cypress.
• Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins.
• Identify, document, and track software defects using Jira in collaboration with development teams.
• Validate application performance and stability before production release.
• Participate in on-call rotations to support critical applications 24/7.

• 5+ years in test automation using Selenium, Cypress, and languages like Java or JavaScript.
• 5+ years performing manual testing, integration testing, and system validation within web and client-server architectures.
• 5+ years working in Scrum environments while utilizing Jira and Confluence.
• 1+ year experience in LeSS (Large-Scale Scrum) frameworks and coordinating within large-scale projects.
• 1+ year building CI/CD pipelines specifically with Jenkins.
• 1+ year working with SQL databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, or Oracle.
• You possess ISTQB Foundation Level and ISTQB Advanced Level Test Automation Engineer certifications.
• Proactive and solution-oriented with strong communication skills and an analytical mindset.
• You are fluent in English with C1 proficiency in either French or Dutch.

Nice to Haves

• Experience with API Testing and tools like ReadyAPI.
• Possession of Scrum Fundamental Certified (SFC).
