Cloud Engineer – Azure Infrastructure & Automation

Our client is seeking a professional to design, implement, and manage secure cloud-based infrastructure within the Azure ecosystem. The role involves working closely with development teams to bridge the gap between software delivery and reliable infrastructure.

• Design and monitor cloud blueprints, including governance, security, and compliance frameworks.
• Implement best practices for scalability, high availability, and cost optimization.
• Evaluate and integrate new cloud services and technologies according to the organizational strategy.
• Develop automation and Infrastructure as Code using Terraform to ensure consistent deployments.
• Translate architectural decisions into practical, actionable solutions in collaboration with technology teams.
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues and document design principles.

• You bring 5+ years of professional experience in the Azure ecosystem and cloud infrastructure.
• You possess skills in Terraform to deploy and manage resources following an Infrastructure as Code (IaC) philosophy.
• You have experience with Azure API Management (APIM).
• You have experience building CI/CD pipelines via GitHub Actions.
• You have a deep understanding of the full Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).
• You're a proactive communicator who is solution-oriented and stays ahead of industry trends.
• You are fluent in Dutch.

Nice to Haves

• Certified Azure Administrator Associate.
• Knowledge of Azure Logic Apps.
