Business Analyst & Product Owner – Agile & BPM

Our client, a leading public service organization, is seeking an experienced ICT Business Analyst and Product Owner to join their innovation department. This role involves acting as a bridge between business and IT, translating operational needs into concrete, scalable digital solutions while managing the product roadmap and backlog.

• Analyze and document business needs and translate them into functional and technical solutions.
• Act as the Product Owner within agile trajectories, managing the backlog, priorities, and roadmap.
• Optimize business processes and support digital transformation initiatives across the organization.
• Facilitate workshops and stakeholder consultations to align expectations and requirements.
• Monitor the quality, progress, and value creation of digital solutions.
• Contribute actively to innovative projects within the intelligence and innovation department.

• You have 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst within ICT environments.
• You possess 5+ years of experience in general business operations applied to ICT.
• You bring proven expertise in Agile and Scrum methodologies and product management.
• You have experience with the development and optimization of Business Process Management (BPM).
• You possess knowledge of Project Management facets including costs, timing, coordination, and planning.
• You have experience with reporting tools, KPIs, and dashboards.
• You bring experience in stakeholder management within complex environments.
• You have knowledge of change management and adoption processes.
• You have experience with integration challenges and API architecture.
• You are fluent in Dutch at a C2 level.

Nice to Haves

• Experience with UX/UI principles and user research.
• Knowledge of security and privacy (GDPR) within ICT environments.
