Our client, a leading public sector organization, is undergoing a large-scale transformation to strengthen its portfolio and project management governance. This role supports the central PMO in the operational implementation of processes, tools, and methodologies to align business and IT initiatives.

Responsabilités

  • Support the design and optimization of project management templates and methodologies based on PRINCE2.
  • Consolidate project and portfolio data to create actionable dashboards and reporting solutions.
  • Translate business requirements into functional enhancements for PPM tools and M365 applications.
  • Facilitate workshops and coordination meetings to improve governance and portfolio processes.
  • Assist in the implementation and continuous improvement of digital PPM solutions.
  • Provide guidance and support to teams to ensure the successful adoption of new project management practices.

Exigences

  • 3+ years experience in PMO, project management, or portfolio support within large-scale organizations.
  • 3+ years experience in the public sector, preferably within the social security domain.
  • Proven expertise in reporting, dashboarding, and collaborative platforms like M365 and SharePoint.
  • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies such as PRINCE2.
  • Practical experience in the selection and implementation of digital PPM solutions.
  • You bring experience in workshop facilitation and managing diverse stakeholders.
  • You possess a Master’s degree.
  • You have analytical and structured thinking capabilities.
  • You are fluent in French, Dutch, and English with a minimum C1 level for all.
