SAP Business Partner Specialist – CRM & S/4HANA Migration

Our client, a major organization in the transportation sector, is seeking a specialist to lead the evolution and support of customer data management within their SAP landscape. The role focuses on transitioning from legacy environments to a modern cloud ecosystem while ensuring data quality and regulatory compliance across the project.

• Manage the end-to-end creation and update processes for B2C and B2B customer data.
• Drive data quality management through the identification and cleansing of duplicates within the system.
• Perform functional and technical application support, including incident resolution and problem analysis.
• Execute customizing activities within SAP CRM and design solutions based on functional specifications.
• Lead the functional setup and data validation for migrations to cloud-based sales and service solutions.
• Coordinate with implementation partners to synchronize legacy landscapes with new cloud architectures.

• You have 3+ years of hands-on experience with SAP CRM and SAP S/4HANA.
• You bring proven experience in the setup of SAP Business Partners through at least one full project lifecycle.
• You have 3+ years of experience in application maintenance and functional support.
• You possess deep knowledge of SAP CRM Sales, Service, and Marketing modules.
• You bring technical expertise in SAP CRM Web UI (CRM 7.0) and Fiori Design.
• You have experience with integration technologies such as SAP PI, SAP CPI, and SAP OData.
• You possess strong skills in ABAP and are capable of performing system debugging.
• You have strong analytical skills to translate functional requirements into technical implementations.
• You are proactive in building governance, risk management, and strong operational practices.
• You are fluent in English with at least a B2 level in Dutch or French.

Nice to Haves

• Experience with SAP CDC, SAP C4C, SAP ILM, or CVI (Customer Vendor Integration).
• Knowledge of GDPR process implementation within an SAP environment.
• Professional experience within a railway or logistics context.
• Familiarity with ServiceNow, Jira, and Agile methodologies.
• Proficiency in a second national language, either Dutch or French.
