QA Officer – Quality Systems & Operations

Our client, a leading pharmaceutical organization, is seeking a QA Officer to provide quality documentation support and operational quality assurance. This role focuses on maintaining high standards through risk assessments and documentation review while staying connected to the shop floor.

• Review and approve quality documentation including SOPs, DQ, IQ, OQ, PQ, and batch records.
• Author risk assessments for new processes and equipment using FMEA and HACCP methodologies.
• Conduct gap analyses between documentation and GMP requirements or regulatory expectations.
• Maintain QMS documentation and update procedures in accordance with site standards.
• Support manufacturing and engineering teams during qualification activities and production runs.
• Investigate quality events such as deviations, non-conformances, and OOS results.
• Evaluate change requests for quality impact and facilitate the documentation flow.

• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field.
• You bring 3+ years of experience in pharmaceutical or biotech QA, including exposure to GMP environments.
• You possess a foundational understanding of risk management principles and technical document review.
• You have strong attention to detail and the ability to identify procedural gaps.
• You're a clear communicator who is comfortable working with cross-functional teams in an operational setting.
• You are fluent in English.
