Business Analyst – Master Data & Identity Management

Our client is seeking a professional to support the evolution of their identity master data systems across multiple cross-functional projects. This role involves overseeing the complete project lifecycle, from initial functional design and data analysis to testing and post-production monitoring.

• Define and document functional specifications including data management rules and impact studies.
• Establish testing strategies and manage the execution of acceptance tests and reporting.
• Support the implementation and follow-up of production releases to ensure data reliability.
• Monitor project progress and coordinate activities between technical and functional teams.
• Analyze existing data structures to support regulatory and marketing-driven system improvements.

• 5+ years experience as a Business Analyst on data-centric projects.
• 3+ years experience in data and integration using SQL and DB2 relational databases.
• Proven expertise in Data Analysis and functional design within complex information systems.
• Experience working in multi-project environments involving cross-functional interactions.
• You possess a collaborative approach to working closely with technical implementation teams.
• You are fluent in French.
