Our client, a prominent player in the insurance industry, is looking for a Senior Test Analyst to join their Life Insurance applications team. This role focuses on ensuring the quality of application changes and new products while actively embedding AI capabilities into the testing lifecycle.
Responsabilités
- Execute system and user acceptance testing for life insurance projects including new product launches and system evolutions.
- Translate functional and business requirements into clear, structured test scenarios to ensure full coverage of impacts.
- Apply AI-assisted testing techniques to optimize test analysis, design, execution, and documentation.
- Identify, log, and track defects while collaborating with IT teams to ensure reliable application stability.
- Proactively share AI knowledge and best practices to enhance the team's overall testing maturity.
- Challenge requirements and identify gaps to ensure high-quality delivery aligned with business needs.
Exigences
- 8+ years of experience as a Test Analyst, Test Officer, or in a similar quality assurance role.
- Proven hands-on experience in AI-assisted testing and applying AI tools to concrete testing activities.
- Strong knowledge of application testing methodologies, including System Testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Possess an ISTQB Foundation level certification or higher.
- Experience in analyzing requirements and designing comprehensive test plans and data sets.
- Strong analytical mindset with a structured and organized approach to problem-solving.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- You are fluent in English and either Dutch or French, with a good level of the other language.
Nice to Haves
- Experience working within Waterfall, Agile, or hybrid project methodologies.
- Knowledge of Test Automation frameworks and modern testing tools.

- Working model: Hybrid (minimum 2 days per week onsite)
- Contract: open to both permanent employees and freelancers
