Front-End Developer – Micro Frontends & Design Systems

Our client, a prominent organization in the financial services sector, is looking for a developer to join their digital transformation team. This role involves contributing to a key strategic initiative by building high-quality, responsive web applications using a modern frontend stack.

• Collaborate with designers, product managers, and analysts to create high-quality, responsive web applications.
• Utilize design systems within an agile environment to ensure a consistent and high-quality user experience.
• Implement and manage infrastructure as code using Terraform to optimize deployment processes.
• Develop and deploy applications within an Azure Stack cloud environment.
• Conduct unit testing and end-to-end testing using Cypress to maintain software quality standards.
• Provide team leadership and contribute to the community development of shared components.

• 5+ years experience working with Micro Frontends and web component integrations.
• 5+ years proven experience with Design Systems.
• You possess strong proficiency in frontend development using JavaScript and React.
• You have experience with infrastructure management using Terraform.
• You bring knowledge of Azure Stack for cloud-based application development.
• You possess experience with Cypress for testing and quality assurance.
• You have a solid understanding of OWASP security best practices.
• You bring your own device to perform the required tasks.
• You're analytically strong, result-oriented, and demonstrate a proactive problem-solving mindset.
• You are fluent in English and Dutch.

Nice to Haves

• Knowledge of TypeScript.
• Possession of AZ-900 (Azure Fundamentals) or AZ-204 (Azure Developer Associate) certifications.
• Experience with shell web component integrations.
