Senior Program Manager – Cybersecurity & Infrastructure Compliance

Our client is seeking a senior professional to lead the implementation of regulatory compliance frameworks through a series of transversal infrastructure and security programs. The role focuses on high-level governance and the coordination of multiple external service providers to ensure organizational resilience and technical alignment.

• Direct the global implementation of compliance frameworks and security-as-a-service programs at a program governance level.
• Coordinate multiple external partners and specialized vendors to ensure delivery according to technical and legal standards.
• Oversee transversal infrastructure, identity management, and security initiatives across the entire organization.
• Maintain a consolidated overview of project progress, dependencies, and risks for executive management.
• Act as the primary point of contact for external partners while representing the organization in various governance bodies.
• Deliver clear, concise, and factual reporting to internal stakeholders and decision-making organs.

• 8+ years in program and project management using Prince2, Agile, or equivalent methodologies.
• 8+ years directing complex IT infrastructure and cybersecurity projects within multi-vendor environments.
• 8+ years of experience in stakeholder management and the coordination of external service providers.
• 1+ years experience with NIS2 compliance requirements and cloud introduction strategies.
• 1+ years working with GDPR concepts and information security principles.
• You possess excellent communication skills and the ability to operate effectively within complex governance structures.
• You are fluent in Dutch and French with an active knowledge of English.
