Senior Program Manager – AI & Strategic Transformation

Our client, a major player in the European energy infrastructure sector, is seeking a Senior Program Manager to lead high-impact transformation initiatives. The role involves steering the deployment of innovative technologies at scale while collaborating closely with senior leadership to translate strategic ambitions into operational execution.

• Translate strategic objectives into a clear AI program vision, including scope, deliverables, and resource needs.
• Define AI program roadmaps, macro-planning, budget, and risk management frameworks.
• Oversee the end-to-end execution of projects to ensure outcomes are delivered on time and within quality standards.
• Coordinate transversal dependencies and manage procurement processes across multidisciplinary teams.
• Organize and steer program committees and project boards to facilitate decision readiness for senior leadership.
• Lead and coach project leaders while fostering a culture of ownership and continuous improvement.

• Master’s degree in Engineering, Business, Economics, or a related technology field.
• 8+ years of experience in Program Management, Strategic Transformation, or leading complex multi-stakeholder projects.
• Proven expertise in Risk Management, Governance Structuring, and Budget Oversight.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate high-level direction into operational plans.
• Exceptional stakeholder management capabilities, specifically regarding interactions with executive leadership.
• Demonstrated leadership experience in motivating teams and coaching project leaders.
• You are proactive, result-driven, and comfortable operating under strategic pressure.
• You are fluent in English with a good level of Dutch and/or French.

Nice to Haves

• Experience with AI and/or large-scale digital initiatives.
• Willingness to travel occasionally for project requirements.
