Cleanroom Construction Specialist

Our client, a leading pharmaceutical company, is seeking an expert to support the construction and revamping of classified manufacturing environments. The role focuses on overseeing the technical fit-out and internal finishes of facility upgrades to ensure operational excellence.

• Review and validate detailed design documentation, technical submittals, and contractor shop drawings for cleanroom construction.
• Supervise on-site installation of cleanroom wall, ceiling, and floor systems, including hygienic cladding and penetrations.
• Ensure compliance with EU GMP (Annex 1), ISO 14644, and hygienic design principles throughout the execution phase.
• Manage site deviations, non-conformities, and punch lists while maintaining contamination control in operational environments.
• Coordinate with CQV teams to ensure proper implementation of pressure cascades and environmental integrity.
• Maintain structured documentation for regulatory review and coordinate phased implementation strategies during shutdowns.

• You bring extensive experience in cleanroom construction and internal finishes within pharmaceutical or regulated environments.
• You possess a proven track record in revamping or brownfield projects including site supervision and contractor coordination.
• You have deep knowledge of EU GMP (Annex 1) and ISO 14644 standards.
• You're a proactive, hands-on problem solver with strong on-site coordination skills.
• You are fluent in English.
