M365 Systems Engineer – Identity & Security Governance

Our client is seeking an experienced professional to manage and secure their modern workplace infrastructure. This role focuses on the end-to-end implementation and security governance of cloud productivity environments to ensure seamless digital operations.

• Implement and configure cloud productivity environments based on organizational requirements.
• Establish and maintain security governance and policy frameworks within the digital workplace.
• Execute programming tasks including coding, testing, and debugging to automate system processes.
• Provide operational support, user assistance, and comprehensive documentation of procedures.
• Monitor service health and performance to ensure high availability and security.
• Collaborate within a team environment using Agile methodologies to deliver continuous improvements.

• 5+ years of experience with Office 365 implementation, roll-out, and management.
• 3+ years of experience in security governance and security policy frameworks within M365 environments.
• You possess experience with Entra ID.
• You're proficient in PowerShell for system administration and automation.
• You have experience with programming tasks including coding, testing, and debugging.
• You possess experience in providing operational support and documenting manuals.
• You bring a strong understanding of Agile development methodologies.
• You are fluent in Dutch with a level of C2.

Nice to Haves

• Experience with Conditional Access and Zero Trust implementations.
• Experience with IAM and Identity Provider (IDP) management.
• Experience with Microsoft Purview.
• In possession of SC-300 (Identity and Access Administrator Associate) or MS-102 (Microsoft 365 Administrator) certifications.
