Expert Business Analyst – SAP MM & Ariba

Our client, a leading organization in the transport and infrastructure sector, is seeking an expert to optimize their commerce automation landscape. The project focuses on bridging the gap between business requirements and SAP technical solutions to support a comprehensive digital roadmap.

• Analyze and document business requirements and change requests for commerce automation projects.
• Translate organizational needs into functional SAP MM and SAP Ariba solutions while respecting architectural standards.
• Perform technical customizing in SAP MM and SAP IM while configuring Ariba sourcing templates.
• Draft functional specifications for developers and monitor the quality of technical deliveries.
• Coordinate and execute testing cycles including unit, integration, user acceptance, and regression tests.
• Provide daily support for logistic procurement processes and manage tickets via Solution Manager.
• Facilitate stakeholder workshops and act as the primary interface between business departments and IT teams.

• You have 15+ years of professional experience within the public sector.
• You possess 10+ years of expert knowledge in SAP MM.
• You bring 5+ years of experience with SAP Ariba Commerce Automation and SAP Ariba Sourcing.
• You have 5+ years of experience with SAP EDI and integration processes.
• You possess expertise in SAP IM and SAP Solution Manager for configuration and ticket handling.
• You bring a strong background in business analysis, solution design, and functional specification writing.
• You're recognized for your presentation skills, professional attitude, and clear communication style.
• You are fluent in French or Dutch (C1) with a B2 level of English.

Nice to Haves

• Knowledge of Business Relationship Management (BRM) methodologies.
• Experience monitoring batch jobs and system interfaces.
• Familiarity with logistics process optimization.
