Construction Surveyor - Telecom

Our client, a major player in the telecommunications infrastructure sector, is looking for a Medior construction surveyor to support network construction projects. The role involves overseeing site preparations, monitoring ongoing works, and ensuring high-quality project delivery.

• Coordinate site preparations and verify project agreements through internal and external meeting reports.
• Manage project execution plans and material scheduling to ensure smooth operational starts.
• Maintain detailed documentation of all project steps and tasks within internal management systems.
• Supervise onsite activities across multiple locations while providing technical instructions to workers.
• Execute comprehensive quality and safety checks to maintain standard compliance on the field.
• Perform final validations of completed works and update the project execution plan accordingly.

• You have 3+ years of experience in telecom, utility construction, or the general construction industry.
• You possess a VolVCA certification.
• You bring proficiency in MS Office tools including Word and Excel.
• You have a valid Driving License B.
• You're proactive and comfortable taking initiative with strong communication and negotiation skills.
• You are fluent in Dutch and French with a good knowledge of English.
