Construction Surveyor - Liège

Our client, a prominent player in the telecommunications and infrastructure sector, is seeking a Senior Constructions Surveyor for projects in the Liège region. This role focuses on leading a team of surveyors to ensure the successful preparation and execution of network construction sites.

• Lead and steer a team of construction surveyors to achieve project objectives.
• Prepare construction sites by coordinating meetings and verifying project execution plans.
• Manage the scheduling and availability of all necessary materials.
• Oversee on-site activities by providing instructions and ensuring technical compliance.
• Perform rigorous quality and safety checks to maintain high operational standards.
• Provide technical support and resolve issues encountered during the construction process.
• Validate work progress and final completion documentation within internal systems.

• You have experience in telecom, utility, or general construction.
• You bring proven experience in leading and steering technical teams.
• You're in possession of a valid Driving License B.
• You have strong communication and negotiation skills with a decision-oriented approach.
