Digital Solutions Consultant – Microsoft 365 & Process Optimization

Our client, a leading organization in the transport and infrastructure sector, is seeking a specialist to drive the digital transformation of their supply chain operations. The project focuses on harmonizing fragmented local tools into standardized cloud solutions to improve governance and end-to-end collaboration. This role involves acting as a bridge between business needs and technical implementations to create user-friendly digital environments.

• Analyze business processes and information flows to identify optimization and digitalization opportunities.
• Translate complex business requirements into scalable digital solutions within the Microsoft ecosystem.
• Develop and implement governance frameworks, metadata structures, and lifecycle management strategies.
• Lead migration projects and rationalize existing tools to align with the new digital architecture.
• Coordinate between business stakeholders and IT departments to ensure project alignment and successful delivery.
• Document best practices and help shape the long-term digitalization strategy.

• You have 5+ years of experience with the Microsoft 365 platform, specifically SharePoint Online, Power Automate, Power Apps, and Power BI.
• You bring expertise in Document Management, Data Governance, and Metadata Management.
• You possess strong skills in Process Analysis, Solution Design, and technical documentation.
• You hold a Master's degree.
• You are analytical, solution-oriented, and a strong communicator with experience in stakeholder management.
• You are fluent in Dutch and French.

Nice to Haves

• Familiarity with SAP environments or integration.
• Experience within supply chain or logistics sectors.
