Technical Test Coordinator – SQL & API Integration

Our client, a prominent organization in the transport and logistics sector, is seeking a Technical Test Coordinator to lead end-to-end quality assurance initiatives. The project focuses on ensuring the reliability of integrated software systems, database workflows, and telephony solutions through rigorous testing and automation strategies.

• Lead end-to-end testing activities across multiple projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives and quality standards.
• Define and implement comprehensive test strategies, plans, and policies while refining functional and non-functional requirements.
• Design and execute integrated test campaigns including sanity, regression, and user acceptance testing across various environments.
• Manage database testing and API validation initiatives using advanced scripting and contract validation tools.
• Drive the test automation strategy by developing scalable frameworks and implementing CI/CD quality gates.
• Coordinate between business stakeholders, technical teams, and external vendors to manage the complete defect lifecycle.

• You have 5+ years of proven professional experience as a Technical Test Coordinator.
• You possess 5+ years of hands-on experience with Relational Databases including SQL Server, Oracle Database, PL/SQL, and advanced scripting.
• You bring 5+ years of experience with API integrations including REST, SOAP, Postman, Swagger, and SoapUI.
• You have 3+ years of professional experience acting as a Product Owner.
• You possess experience with test automation using Playwright, Git, Bitbucket, and CI/CD practices.
• You're well-versed in Agile and Scrum methodologies within the SDLC.
• You have experience using test management tools such as Jira and Xray.
• You possess a Master’s degree in Information Technology.
• You are proactive and capable of coordinating multiple vendors and solution providers.
• You are fluent in English with at least a B1 level of French or Dutch.

Nice to Haves

• Experience with Genesys Cloud platform validation and contact center customer journeys.
• Knowledge of telephony validation including SIP, WebRTC, and STUN/TURN/ICE.
• Familiarity with performance testing strategies involving Load, Stress, and Scalability testing.
• Experience with data workflows using XML, JSON, and event-driven systems.
