Senior Solution Designer – SAP S/4HANA Finance & Integration

Our client, a global leader in the industrial and logistics sector, is currently executing an international transformation of its financial landscape. This role centers on leading the high-level solution design and cross-module integration for an SAP S/4HANA template rollout across various international entities.

• Lead the high-level solution design across the SAP S/4HANA landscape while maintaining the integrity of the global template.
• Define and document complex integrations between SAP components and adjacent systems to ensure seamless end-to-end data flow.
• Translate business requirements into detailed solution designs that serve as a blueprint for functional analyst teams.
• Support functional analysts in FI, CO, TRM, MM, SD, and MDG on cross-cutting architectural challenges.
• Safeguard the scalability and consistency of the system architecture as new countries are onboarded to the global solution.
• Partner with project leadership to manage design risks, technical scope, and architectural trade-offs during the rollout.

• You have 8+ years of experience in SAP with a proven track record of solution design ownership in large-scale transformation programs.
• You possess deep knowledge of SAP S/4HANA architecture and the integration points between FI, CO, TRM, MM, SD, and MDG.
• You bring hands-on experience designing cross-domain integrations across finance, supply chain, and master data.
• You have a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Management, Business Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• You're strong in stakeholder management and communication, capable of aligning technical teams with business objectives.
• You're pragmatic and decisive, comfortable making architectural decisions within a dynamic program environment.
• You are fluent in English.

Nice to Haves

• Experience leading solution design within internal delivery teams.
• Exposure to SAP Document and Reporting Compliance (DRC) and statutory localization patterns.
• Knowledge of BTP, Integration Suite, or SAP Cloud Platform.
• Familiarity with automotive or distribution finance and supply chain processes.
• Knowledge of Dutch is a plus.
