Service Delivery Manager

Our client, a leading player in the telecommunications sector, is seeking an experienced Service Delivery Manager to oversee mobile network rollout projects throughout Belgium. The role involves managing the end-to-end delivery of infrastructure initiatives, including site builds, capacity expansions, and indoor coverage solutions.

• Manage end-to-end delivery of mobile rollout and infrastructure projects.
• Coordinate site builds, network upgrades, swaps, and operational handovers.
• Act as a key liaison between internal teams, operators, tower companies, and external partners.
• Monitor project scope, timelines, budgets, quality, and risks.
• Review and challenge project proposals, change requests, and Bills of Quantities (BOQs).
• Ensure compliance with telecom regulations, permit requirements, and safety standards.
• Identify opportunities for process optimization and continuous improvement within the rollout cycle.

• You possess a Bachelor's or Master's degree.
• You bring 4+ years of experience in the telecommunications industry with a focus on mobile network rollout.
• You have experience with 4G/5G infrastructure and indoor mobile coverage solutions.
• You possess knowledge of RISS agreements, site-sharing environments, and site acquisition processes.
• You're experienced in managing vendors, contractors, and project budgets.
• You have strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• You are fluent in Dutch and English.

• Understanding of civil engineering and structural aspects of telecom sites.
