Senior Talent Liaison - Employee Relations & Reintegration

Our client is a leading organization seeking a senior expert to manage complex employee relations and reintegration processes. This role focuses on driving end-to-end sickness, off-boarding, and legal compliance strategies while balancing operational excellence with a human-centric approach. The successful candidate will act as a strategic partner to business leaders and external stakeholders to ensure fair and legally sound outcomes.

• Own and continuously improve the end-to-end sickness, reintegration, and employee relations processes from a strategic and legal perspective.
• Lead complex reintegration pathways for employees on long-term incapacity to ensure sustainable returns to work.
• Manage the full off-boarding lifecycle for various scenarios, including dismissals and reorganizations, up to senior management levels.
• Prepare and negotiate complex exit package calculations and related legal documentation in collaboration with union representatives.
• Handle sensitive employee relations matters such as conflict resolution, grievances, and disciplinary actions with discretion.
• Monitor changes in labor legislation to translate regulatory updates into actionable policies and digital HR workflows.
• Leverage data analytics and reporting tools to support strategic decision-making and proactive process management.

• You have a Master's degree in HR, Law, or a related field.
• You bring 8+ years of experience in Human Resources with specific expertise in Belgian labor law, sickness management, and reintegration.
• You possess advanced skills in off-boarding processes, including exit package calculations and negotiating settlements with unions.
• You possess strong data literacy and experience with Power BI to inform strategic decision-making.
• You're proactive and solution-oriented with high integrity and a human-centric approach to sensitive situations.
• You are fluent in French, Dutch, and English.
