Salesforce Release Manager & Developer – Customer Solutions

Our client, a leading organization in the utility sector, is seeking a specialist to manage the Salesforce release lifecycle and technical evolution of their customer-facing platforms. The role involves overseeing sophisticated deployment processes and contributing to the technical design and development of the environment.

• Manage the end-to-end source code version control and release process using Azure DevOps and TFS.
• Coordinate the creation, maintenance, and deployment of packages across test, acceptance, and production environments.
• Perform technical design and development using Apex, JavaScript, and Flow to implement new project requirements.
• Develop and optimize frontend customer portal pages using React and Lightning Web Components.
• Analyze production incidents to identify root causes and implement fixes for Apex code and functional flows.
• Administer platform security including user profiles, permission sets, and groups while managing Object Manager configurations.
• Support the migration of deployment pipelines and maintain comprehensive environment planning and documentation.

• 5+ years of experience with the Salesforce platform including advanced configuration and administration.
• 3+ years of experience in Salesforce deployment lifecycles and environment branching strategies.
• 3+ years of technical development experience with Apex, Flow, and JavaScript.
• You possess professional experience with Azure DevOps for automated build and deployment management.
• You bring a Salesforce Certified Platform Administrator and Salesforce Certified Platform Development Lifecycle and Deployment Architect certification.
• You have experience managing Master Data and Object Manager components such as validation rules and lightning pages.
• You're able to work effectively in an Agile environment with a solution-oriented and structured approach.
• You are fluent in English with proficiency in French or Dutch.

Nice to Haves

• Experience with Jenkins and Microsoft TFS.
• Certifications: Salesforce Certified Platform Developer II, Service Cloud Consultant, or JavaScript Developer.
• Specialized certifications: Agentforce Specialist, Data 360 Consultant, or Field Service Consultant.
• Knowledge of React and Salesforce Lightning Web runtime.
• Willingness to obtain additional Salesforce ecosystem certifications.
