Senior Full Stack Developer & Application Architect – .NET & Angular

Our client, a prominent organization in the public safety sector, is looking for a technical authority to guide the architectural direction and code quality of their development team. This role combines hands-on development of business-critical applications with the strategic oversight of backend and frontend systems. The project focuses on modernizing existing services and implementing innovative solutions to enhance operational efficiency.

• Define the architectural roadmap for backend and frontend systems while balancing innovation with stability.
• Lead the development of complex, mission-critical applications using modern frameworks and cloud technologies.
• Coach and mentor team members to promote clean code practices and technical excellence.
• Optimize the software development lifecycle by refining workflows, tooling, and best practices.
• Integrate AI-driven tools into the development process to enhance efficiency and quality.
• Collaborate with project managers, analysts, and testers to translate business needs into technical solutions.

• You have 8+ years of experience in the development of web-based applications.
• You bring proven experience as an application architect.
• You possess 3+ years of experience in backend development with .NET and C#.
• You have 3+ years of experience in frontend development with Angular.
• You possess experience in leading and coaching development teams.
• You have experience with the Atlassian Stack, specifically Jira and Confluence.
• You bring experience with Agile development methodologies.
• You are fluent in Dutch with a level of C2.

Nice to Haves

• Experience with Blazor.
• Experience with OpenShift and API Gateways like KONG.
• Knowledge of SQL and Bitbucket.
• Experience with Claude AI or other AI-driven development tools.
