Power Platform Developer – Power Apps & Power Automate

Our client, a leading organization in the telecommunications sector, is looking for a developer to design and maintain business solutions within a large-scale environment. The project focuses on technical implementation and delivery, following established security and application lifecycle standards to translate user needs into functional automations.

• Analyze business requirements to translate them into technical Power Platform solutions.
• Design, build, and deploy canvas apps, model-driven apps, and automated workflows.
• Integrate solutions with Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Teams, and various APIs.
• Package and deploy solutions across environments following established ALM and change processes.
• Monitor applications and flows to investigate incidents and resolve technical issues.
• Produce clear technical documentation and user guides for all delivered solutions.

• 3+ years of experience in technical development using the Microsoft Power Platform.
• Strong hands-on proficiency with Power Apps and Power Automate.
• Practical experience with Dataverse, SharePoint, and Microsoft 365 integration.
• You bring knowledge of API connectors, solution packaging, and environment variables.
• You possess experience with Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) standards.
• You have a pragmatic, structured, and solution-oriented mindset.
• You're able to explain complex technical topics to non-technical stakeholders.
• You are fluent in English with professional proficiency in French or Dutch.

Nice to Haves

• Experience creating reusable components and development standards.
• Knowledge of role-based access control and data modeling.
