Schedule Management Expert

Our client is a leading organization in the European energy infrastructure sector, committed to driving the transition toward sustainable and reliable electricity supply. This role involves overseeing the comprehensive schedule management of large-scale infrastructure programs from the design phase through to commercial operations.

• Define and validate the schedule management approach for major infrastructure programs and projects.
• Establish frameworks for managing progress, baselines, and specific scheduling requirements for contractors.
• Consolidate various contractor schedules into a unified program schedule to ensure integration.
• Coordinate with procurement and scope management to align schedules with budgets and milestones.
• Manage project structures and data quality within specialized tools to ensure factual reporting.
• Monitor progress and apply advanced techniques to estimate durations and manage variances.
• Provide training and coaching on schedule and resource management processes to improve organizational maturity.

• You have 1+ years of experience in a similar schedule management role within infrastructure projects.
• You possess expert knowledge of MS Project and Primavera P6.
• You bring a solid understanding of project management methodologies such as PMI or PMBOK.
• You have experience with schedule management techniques and performing data-driven analysis.
• You are a proactive team player with strong communication and interviewing skills.
• You are fluent in Dutch and French.

• Knowledge of high voltage transmission infrastructure or offshore works.
• Experience within engineering and construction project environments.
