Expert Schedule Manager

Our client is a key player in the energy landscape currently executing large-scale infrastructure projects to enhance the power grid. This role involves taking ownership of schedule management for complex programs to ensure the reliability and sustainability of future energy supplies.

• Establish a comprehensive framework for schedule management including progress measurement, baselines, and change definitions.
• Define technical scheduling requirements for contractors and consolidate internal and external plans into an Integrated Master Schedule.
• Integrate project schedules with scope, procurement, and interface management to maintain alignment across all project knowledge areas.
• Set up and maintain project structures within scheduling tools while continuously validating inputs and estimating durations.
• Perform detailed change impact analysis and document simulation versions for the program’s control process.
• Communicate schedule-related risks to management and propose effective mitigation measures to ensure project continuity.

• You have 5+ years of experience in schedule management for large-scale infrastructure, engineering, or construction projects.
• You bring expert knowledge of PMI/PMBOK methodologies and advanced schedule management techniques.
• You possess expert proficiency in Microsoft Project, Primavera P6, and the MS Office suite.
• You have strong interviewing skills and a proactive, communicative approach to gathering scheduling inputs.
• You are fluent in English.
