Program Management Officer (Quality & Process Improvement)

Our client is a prominent player in the Belgian energy sector dedicated to ensuring a reliable and sustainable electricity supply. This role involves contributing to the development and implementation of structured ways of working and quality practices across the project and asset lifecycle.

• Lead or collaborate on initiatives across processes, tools, and governance to support the improvement roadmap.
• Take ownership of quality-related projects to ensure timely delivery and alignment with maturity objectives.
• Support the development and improvement of key quality processes such as non-conformity management and return of experience (REX).
• Structure the capture of quality feedback from the field to ensure consistent and usable data collection.
• Implement practical quality tools including digital checklists, dashboards, and reporting tools.
• Facilitate workshops and collaborate with stakeholders to align expectations and drive continuous improvement.

• You have a Master degree in Engineering Sciences, Business Management, or an equivalent field.
• You bring 3+ years of experience in PMO, process improvement, or quality management within project-based environments.
• You possess a pragmatic, solution-oriented mindset and the ability to operate effectively in evolving environments.
• You have strong stakeholder management skills and the capacity to translate high-level objectives into concrete actions.
• You are fluent in Dutch or French with a good knowledge of the other.

• Familiarity with quality standards such as audits and improvement cycles.
• Experience with Agile or iterative ways of working.
• Good knowledge of English.
