Our client is seeking an IT Change & Problem Management Consultant to support governance and quality control within their IT operations. This role focuses on administrative follow-up, meeting preparation, and ensuring adherence to ITIL standards across various project lifecycles.

Responsabilités

  • Execute daily administrative follow-up of change dossiers within a service management environment.
  • Verify documentation quality including test results, rollback plans, and impact analysis.
  • Prepare and distribute agendas for IT and Business Change Advisory Board meetings.
  • Perform risk assessments based on change types, business impact, and historical performance.
  • Structure problem tickets and track the progress of Root Cause Analysis and subsequent action points.
  • Develop weekly and monthly KPI reports and dashboards to monitor trends and quality metrics.

Exigences

  • You bring experience with ITIL processes, specifically Change Management and Problem Management.
  • You have strong proficiency in Excel, including the use of filters and pivot tables.
  • You possess administrative and planning skills with a focus on documentation accuracy and risk assessment.
  • You're able to work independently and communicate effectively with technical teams.
  • You are fluent in Dutch and English.

Nice to Haves

  • Experience with ServiceNow.
  • Knowledge of PowerPoint for professional reporting.
