Data Manager – Asset Information & Electromechanical Documentation

Our client, a leading organization in the environmental and utility sector, is seeking a professional to manage technical asset information. This role focuses on analyzing infrastructure project documentation and translating it into reliable data for maintenance and engineering teams.

• Process final dossiers from infrastructure and installation projects.
• Analyze technical documentation such as data sheets, as-built plans, P&IDs, and electrical diagrams.
• Update asset information within various databases and management systems.
• Verify the completeness, quality, and consistency of technical data.
• Collaborate with engineers and project leaders to resolve information discrepancies.

• You bring 3+ years of experience in Data Management and Asset Information.
• You possess a strong background in electromechanical systems and technical documentation, specifically P&IDs and as-built plans.
• You have experience working with IBM Maximo, Autodesk Vault, and SharePoint.
• You're organized and capable of maintaining a high-level overview of complex data.
• You are a native speaker of Dutch.

Nice to Haves

• Knowledge of AutoCAD.
• Experience with SAP.
