Business Transformation Analyst – Digital Innovation & AI

Our client, a leading infrastructure organization in the energy sector, is accelerating its digital transformation through a dedicated innovation unit. This role involves bridging the gap between business needs and technological solutions by leveraging innovative methodologies and artificial intelligence to drive process automation.

• Analyze business processes and organizational dynamics to establish a solid baseline for transformation initiatives.
• Conduct stakeholder interviews and workshops to capture, challenge, and formalize requirements and goals.
• Define a clear and ambitious TO-BE vision that aligns with technical capabilities and strategic ambitions.
• Identify and assess digital opportunities and AI use cases to evaluate feasibility and prioritized business value.
• Translate business needs into actionable briefs for technical teams to ensure mutual understanding and alignment.
• Support the adoption of new ways of working to ensure digital changes are sustained across the organization.

• 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Functional Analyst, or Digital Consultant.
• Experience conducting stakeholder interviews, workshops, and requirements gathering sessions.
• Familiarity with Design Thinking methodologies.
• You possess a Master’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, Economics, or Information Systems Management.
• You bring strong analytical and conceptual thinking combined with a pragmatic approach to problem solving.
• You possess outstanding stakeholder management and communication skills to build trust at all levels.
• You are fluent in English and Dutch or French with proficiency in the second national language (French or Dutch).
