AI Adoption Specialist – Microsoft 365 & Copilot

Our client, a prominent organization in the insurance sector, is seeking a specialist to drive the adoption and effective use of AI-driven productivity tools. The role focuses on empowering users through community management, training, and operational support to maximize the business value of collaboration solutions.

• Build and manage user communities to foster engagement and knowledge sharing regarding AI productivity tools.
• Design and deliver tailored training sessions, workshops, and learning materials for various user profiles.
• Provide functional support to end users by resolving usage issues and identifying recurring adoption barriers.
• Monitor the evolution of product roadmaps and conduct testing on new functionalities to provide strategic recommendations.
• Curate and maintain a centralized prompt library to document high-value business use cases.
• Monitor license usage and effectiveness to ensure alignment with organizational priorities.

• 5+ years of experience working with Microsoft Copilot systems and productivity ecosystems.
• 5+ years of experience conducting technological watch and analysis for AI-driven products.
• You possess a strong background in community management and driving digital transformation initiatives.
• You bring expertise in user enablement, including the creation of learning paths and onboarding content.
• You have experience with prompt engineering and documenting AI-driven best practices.
• You're autonomous, proactive, and possess excellent coordination and communication skills.
• You are fluent in English, Dutch, and French.

Nice to Haves

• Experience with AI development tools such as Azure OpenAI, RAG, Azure AI Foundry, and Power Platform AI Builder.
• Knowledge of Azure AI Search and vector search concepts.
• Professional experience within the insurance industry.
• Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
