Electrical Designer + Traineeship

Our client, a prominent organization in the energy sector, is looking for a designer to focus on low voltage secondary systems. This role involves designing and realizing protection, automation, and control systems to ensure the reliability of electrical infrastructure.

• Perform technical studies to adapt standard drawings for protection, automation, and control systems.
• Design electrical installations for substations using AutoCAD while following established norms and methods.
• Execute quality control on technical studies to ensure high-standard deliverables.
• Collaborate with project engineers and internal stakeholders to resolve design and implementation challenges.
• Support the construction and commissioning phases by providing technical solutions for secondary systems on-site.
• Maintain contact with internal technicians and external contractors to ensure successful project integration.

• Secondary, Bachelor or Graduaat in electricity, electromechanics, automation, or engineering.
• You have a strong affinity for design activities and technical drawing.
• You're detail-oriented and work accurately with strong planning and organizational skills.
• You possess a proactive, team-oriented mindset and a strong motivation to develop expertise in your field.
• You are fluent in Dutch.

• Experience with AutoCAD or similar CAD software.
• Willingness to learn French.
