Test Coordinator – Energy Market Operations & Data Management

Our client, a leading organization in the energy sector, is looking for a professional to support a cluster of projects within market operations and data management. The project involves navigating the energy transition by managing interactions between metering, asset management, and financial systems.

• Develop test strategies and detailed test scenarios for complex business applications.
• Coordinate and execute test phases focusing on market processes and data management.
• Analyze functional and technical specifications to ensure accurate test coverage.
• Present test findings visually to diverse stakeholders to support project delivery.
• Apply formal testing methodologies and techniques within a large-scale environment.
• Monitor progress and manage defects using designated project tools.

• You have 5+ years experience as a Test Coordinator.
• You bring 5+ years experience in test execution and the interpretation of functional and technical analyses.
• You possess 3+ years experience testing business-critical applications, supported by a certification or equivalent expertise.
• You have proven experience defining test strategies, test scenarios, and applying formal test methods.
• You're experienced with Zephyr for managing test processes.
• You possess the ability to visually present test results to stakeholders.
• You bring strong coordination skills and a hands-on mentality.
• You are fluent in Dutch with a level of C2.

Nice to Haves

• 2+ years experience within the Belgian utility sector.
• Experience working with Jira and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Knowledge of data management and market processes.
• Familiarity with UML and Use Case modeling.
