Quality Assurance & Support Specialist

Our client is a key player in the energy sector, dedicated to ensuring a sustainable and reliable infrastructure. This role involves developing a quality management framework and providing technical support for high-voltage equipment projects within a dynamic engineering environment.

• Analyze and map requirements to implement a Quality Management framework based on ISO 9001 standards.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to align quality processes and reporting across the organization.
• Support supplier qualifications by preparing audits and reviewing quality management systems.
• Develop and maintain quality control plans and performance dashboards for equipment installation using KPIs.
• Organize and publish technical documentation within document management tools and asset databases.
• Map internal business processes using flowcharts and BPMN diagrams to ensure operational efficiency.

• You have a Bachelor or Master degree in Engineering or a relevant technical field.
• You bring experience in Quality Management Systems and ISO 9001 standards.
• You possess knowledge of high-voltage or primary system equipment such as transformers and switchgear.
• You have experience in process mapping and business analysis using SIPOC or BPMN.
• You're proficient with document management tools, SharePoint, and technical databases.
• You have a structured way of working and a proactive, detail-oriented mindset.
• You are fluent in English.
