Flex Income Plan Consultant

Our client is seeking a professional to oversee the implementation, governance, and expansion of their flexible reward systems. This role focuses on optimizing benefits and mobility budgets while ensuring seamless integration with payroll and external service providers.

• Manage the governance and expansion of the flexible income plan and federal mobility budget.
• Identify and integrate new benefits to maintain a competitive and attractive reward strategy.
• Coordinate with external vendors and internal stakeholders across HR, Finance, and Legal departments.
• Develop and execute communication plans and content to drive employee engagement and clarity.
• Monitor plan participation and provide analytical reporting for continuous improvement.
• Ensure accurate payroll processing and serve as a point of contact for financial impact queries.
• Organize and lead the communication for warrant plans and bonus payout processes.

• You have 5+ years of experience in Flexible Benefits, Change Management, HR Operations, and Stakeholder Management.
• You bring 3+ years of experience in Belgian Social Law and Warrants plans.
• You possess experience with HR systems such as eBlox and SD Worx FIP tools.
• You're proactive, solution-oriented, and demonstrate strong digital fluency.
• You are fluent in French and English.
