Salesforce Functional Analyst – Field Service & Workforce Management

Our client, a leading utility network operator, is seeking a Salesforce Functional Analyst to join their digital transformation initiative. This role involves supporting existing applications and contributing to a large-scale workforce management and field digitalization program.

• Analyze business requirements to translate them into functional specifications for field service applications.
• Support existing applications by managing incidents, problems, and executing evolutive maintenance.
• Define and document user stories within Jira to ensure clear delivery goals.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure digital solutions align with operational needs in grid management.
• Contribute to both the technical and functional evolution of the Salesforce ecosystem.
• Participate in the end-to-end delivery of digitalization projects within the grid operations domain.

• You have 3+ years of experience as a functional analyst, specifically in requirement analysis.
• You possess 3+ years of experience with custom and technical Salesforce implementations.
• You're proficient in writing user story definitions within Jira.
• You have obtained the Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce Service Cloud, and Salesforce Platform Developer I certifications.
• You are fluent in English with professional proficiency in French or Dutch.

• Experience with Salesforce Field Service Lightning (FSL).
