Our client is a global leader in material technology and recycling, providing sustainable solutions for high-tech applications. This role focuses on delivering tactical and operational procurement support for transportation and logistics categories during a phase of organizational transformation. The position acts as a vital link between suppliers and internal stakeholders to ensure business continuity and efficient service delivery.
Responsabilités
- Manage logistics rate administration, including fuel updates, rate validation, and stakeholder communication.
- Oversee contract management activities such as document reviews, approval workflows, and electronic signature processes.
- Support sourcing and tender activities by collecting data, preparing RFQs, and conducting bid evaluations.
- Handle spot quote requests and provide operational procurement support for various transportation requirements.
- Generate procurement reports, KPI dashboards, and value tracking insights for management.
- Monitor supplier performance through KPI reporting, meeting preparation, and action tracking.
- Coordinate the resolution of invoice discrepancies in collaboration with suppliers and internal teams.
Exigences
- You have a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, or Procurement.
- You possess professional experience in procurement, logistics, or transportation management.
- You bring experience in procurement administration, supplier management, and contract coordination.
- You possess strong analytical skills and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- You're hands-on and capable of managing multiple priorities in a dynamic operational environment.
- You are fluent in English.
Nice to Haves
- Experience working with ERP, procurement systems, or transportation management systems.
- Experience supporting sourcing events and RFQs.
- Knowledge of Dutch.
