Business Analyst – Energy Market & Data Management

Our client, a major player in the energy sector, is seeking a Business Analyst to support a portfolio of projects related to market coordination and data management. The role involves guiding business transformation initiatives and serving as a central expertise bridge between internal and external stakeholders while following regulatory changes.

• Facilitate discussions between process owners, internal experts, and external stakeholders to drive business process improvements and change acceptance.
• Perform in-depth analysis of new initiatives or change requests, balancing market perspectives with internal organizational requirements.
• Document project conclusions, proposals, and working group decisions to ensure clear and actionable insights for the project team.
• Develop comprehensive end-to-end test scenarios and provide hands-on support during execution, migration, and transition activities.
• Create overarching communication and training materials to support project implementation and organizational learning.
• Monitor content dependencies between various projects and maintain a transparent overview of analysis priorities.

• You possess 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Functional Analyst.
• You bring 2+ years of experience within the energy sector, including specific knowledge of MIG4 or MIG6.
• You have proven experience with the development and optimization of business processes using BPM.
• You have experience in quality management and the creation of E2E test scenarios.
• You possess experience in change management, specifically regarding training and education.
• You're knowledgeable about DM Measure processes.
• You have strong communicative skills and the ability to facilitate expert-level workshops.
• You are fluent in Dutch at a C2 level.
