Our client, a leading software development organization, is modernizing its suite of HR-tech solutions to meet evolving market and legislative demands. The role focuses on transforming a core time registration system by defining a future-proof product strategy and managing complex stakeholder requirements.
Responsabilités
- Develop and execute a strategic product vision and roadmap for the workforce management system.
- Manage and refine the product backlog using Scrum or Kanban methodologies.
- Translate business processes and legal requirements into actionable technical user stories.
- Collaborate with development teams and external partners to coordinate system integrations.
- Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders regarding product evolution and feature prioritization.
- Monitor product quality through active involvement in testing and verification of new releases.
Exigences
- 3+ years of experience within HR-tech, Workforce Management, or Time Registration domains.
- Experience managing product lifecycles using Scrum or Kanban frameworks.
- You bring an affinity for IT and technical concepts to effectively bridge business and development.
- You possess strong analytical skills with the ability to maintain a strategic helicopter view.
- You're proactive, initiative-taking, and communicate with clarity and structure.
- You are fluent in Dutch.
Nice to Haves
- Knowledge of relevant labor legislation and its functional impact on HR software.
- Experience with manual software testing and quality assurance.
