Test Coordinator – End-to-End & Quality Assurance

Our client, a leading organization in the utility sector, is looking for a Test Coordinator to oversee the end-to-end quality of complex infrastructure projects. The role focuses on safeguarding quality standards by coordinating testing activities across multiple product teams and ensuring seamless software releases.

• Define and safeguard an E2E test strategy aligned with organizational standards and project requirements.
• Coordinate test activities, planning, and exit criteria across multiple product teams while supporting scenario development.
• Facilitate and participate in SIT, UAT, and E2E testing cycles within cross-functional environments.
• Monitor end-to-end integrations against functional and non-functional requirements to manage risks and bottlenecks.
• Assess release readiness and collaborate with release management to align environment availability and schedules.
• Report on test progress, quality metrics, and program-level risks to key stakeholders and management.

• 5+ years of experience as a Test Coordinator managing end-to-end quality assurance.
• 5+ years of experience with SIT and UAT methodologies in large-scale environments.
• 3+ years of experience in test execution and formal testing techniques.
• Experience with test coordination at a program level or across multiple simultaneous projects and product teams.
• Strong background in stakeholder management and cross-team communication.
• Autonomous, structured, and proactive approach with a strong sense of responsibility.
• You are fluent in Dutch with a C2 level.

Nice to Haves

• Experience with SAP applications.
• Experience working within the energy or utilities sector.
• Knowledge of Zephyr and Jira.
• Practical experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• Experience in release management and defining test strategies.
