Data Pipeline Analyst – Semantic Modeling & Analytics

Our client, a leading organization in the transport infrastructure sector, is seeking a specialist to integrate data analysis, semantic modeling, and project coordination. The role focuses on defining data initiatives and developing interoperable data solutions to support operational decision-making.

• Define the scope, objectives, and deliverables for data-driven projects while ensuring functional coordination across stakeholders.
• Analyze data flows, sources, and transformations to optimize the performance and reliability of data pipelines.
• Design and evolve semantic data models using Linked Data, RDF, and OWL to ensure information interoperability.
• Develop KPIs, reports, and dashboards tailored to the needs of operational users.
• Facilitate workshops and serve as a functional bridge between business units and technical departments.
• Document architectural designs and data structures using SPARX Enterprise Architect.
• Perform knowledge transfer to internal teams to improve organizational data maturity and autonomy.

• You have 5+ years of experience in data-focused projects and data analysis.
• You bring 5+ years of functional knowledge regarding data pipelines and data flow processing.
• You possess 2+ years of experience with Linked Data modeling using RDF and OWL.
• You have 2+ years of experience performing data extraction and transformation with SQL.
• You bring 2+ years of experience using SPARX Enterprise Architect for modeling and documentation.
• You possess experience in reporting and creating visualization dashboards for operational use cases.
• You're a proactive communicator with a professional attitude and a commitment to collaborative project success.
• You are fluent in French or Dutch (C1) with passive knowledge of the other language.
