Housing Officer

Our client is seeking a professional to manage the technical facilities and logistical services for their administrative buildings. The role focuses on coordinating both technical housing and non-technical facility services to ensure optimal working conditions and operational reliability.

• Manage the technical, administrative, and organizational aspects of all activities within the designated service area.
• Propose and implement preventive maintenance plans for building facilities including HVAC, electricity, sanitary systems, and lifts.
• Coordinate project delivery and negotiate space leasing to ensure rational and user-oriented workstation implementation.
• Lead and direct the housing team through active dialogue and performance management.
• Oversee budget management and resource allocation to ensure the continued operational reliability of the site.

• You have experience in technical facility management with knowledge of HVAC and electricity systems.
• You bring proven experience in budget management and operational planning for administrative buildings.
• You possess strong leadership skills with a background in managing technical or housing teams.
• You're proactive and solution-oriented in coordinating logistical services and user-oriented space planning.
• You are fluent in English.
