Security Architect & Team Lead – IT/OT & Critical Infrastructure

Our client, a prominent organization managing vital national infrastructure, is seeking an experienced professional to bridge strategic security vision with robust technical execution. The role oversees the design and governance of security measures across hybrid IT and OT environments while leading a dedicated team of architects to ensure organizational resilience.

• Translate strategic security directions into concrete technical solutions and architectural designs.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and alignment with NIS2, GDPR, ISO 27001, and IEC 62443.
• Develop and maintain security processes, policies, and standards that support business objectives.
• Design integrated security architecture across network, application, data, and cloud domains.
• Perform risk assessments and gap analyses within complex environments spanning IT, OT, and IoT.
• Manage and lead the security architecture team to guarantee business continuity and traceability.
• Leverage architecture modeling tools to maintain governance of security capabilities.

• You have 5+ years of experience in Cybersecurity architecture or risk assessment within complex environments.
• You possess 5+ years of experience working in hybrid infrastructures including IT, OT, IoT, and Cloud.
• You bring 3+ years of experience designing security solutions for network, ICAM, PKI, XDR, and SIEM.
• You have 1+ years of experience in SAP integration and security.
• You bring expertise in architecture modeling with Archimate and frameworks like CyFun, ISO 27001, IEC 62443, and NIST SP.
• You possess a Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or Mathematics.
• You bring excellent communication and synthesis skills with the ability to interact with technical and executive stakeholders.
• You're structured, critical, and solution-oriented with a strong sense of priorities and change management skills.
• You're fluent in English with fluency in French and/or Dutch.

Nice to Haves

• Possession of a Master’s degree in a relevant field.
• Professional certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CISA, ISO 27001 Lead Implementer, or SABSA.
• Experience working with JIRA or ServiceNow.
