IT Project Manager – Infrastructure & Server Migration

Our client, a leading organization in the legal services sector, is seeking an experienced professional to lead a large-scale server migration project. This role involves planning and coordinating IT deliverables while collaborating with infrastructure and development teams to ensure successful execution. The focus is on managing technical transitions within set deadlines and budgets to improve the overall infrastructure landscape.

• Lead the planning and coordination of IT projects in alignment with strategic objectives.
• Oversee the implementation of IT processes ensuring adherence to PMBOK or PRINCE2 standards.
• Function as the primary point of contact for internal infrastructure and platform teams.
• Collaborate with development departments to plan and execute application migrations.
• Manage project risks proactively by identifying obstacles and implementing timely solutions.
• Prepare comprehensive reports and progress updates for various stakeholders.
• Steer project teams to ensure efficient collaboration across different service units.

• You have 7+ years of experience in IT Project Management.
• You possess 5+ years of experience with IT processes and IT infrastructure.
• You're experienced in Stakeholder Management and Reporting at a professional level.
• You bring a thorough knowledge of IT networks and IT security solutions.
• You possess strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• You have a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT, Business Management, or a related field.
• You're proactive, stress-resistant, and result-oriented.
• You are fluent in French, Dutch, and English.

Nice to Haves

• Professional certification in PMBOK or PRINCE2.
• Experience with Nutanix solutions.
• Knowledge of large-scale data center migration.
