Associate Project Manager

Our client is a prominent organization in the medical technology sector looking for an Associate Project Manager to support their development site. The role focuses on leading product and technology development projects through cross-functional team management, timeline oversight, and budget control.

• Lead cross-functional development teams and provide input to functional managers regarding performance.
• Manage technical challenges and communicate low-level technical risks during the product development lifecycle.
• Execute project planning processes including the implementation of project plans and building team commitment.
• Guide teams through phase gate development processes while maintaining organized documentation and change management.
• Serve as a liaison between the project team and senior leadership through regular business reviews and risk reporting.
• Drive project objectives for specific functional areas such as operations, R&D, or packaging.
• Maintain project schedules and manage budgets or scopes of work in collaboration with external vendors.

• You have a Bachelor’s Degree in Science, Engineering, or Business.
• You bring 3+ years of experience in project management.
• You possess experience leading projects of low to moderate complexity and driving product development processes.
• You bring proficiency in MS Office applications.
• You are fluent in French and English.
• Experience in the medical device, ophthalmology, or pharmaceutical industries.
• Experience with documentation management, Design History Files, or change management.
• PMP certification or experience with SmartSheets and MS Project.
